Tour enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Availability, inclusions, exclusions, final price and booking conditions will be provided in the applicable quotation.

Booking confirmation and payments

Booking is subject to availability and written confirmation. The applicable deposit, balance due date and accepted payment methods must be specified in the booking quotation.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellation charges and refund eligibility depend on the booked itinerary and supplier terms. The exact schedule and any non-refundable components must be disclosed before payment.

Itinerary changes

Travel plans may be affected by weather, road conditions, government restrictions and other circumstances. Any material changes and available alternatives should be communicated to travellers.

Traveller responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate details and carrying the identification, permits and other documents required for their trip.
